Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling recruitments of various technologies from junior to senior level grade.
2. Coordinating with the Team Leads for understanding the requirements and fulfilling as per the given TAT.
3. Sourcing the profiles through Database, Referrals, various job portals like LinkedIn & other social networking sites
4. Handling the drives of the requirements of Pan Chennai for various positions.
5. Salary Negotiation & processing the offers of Selected Candidates
6. Employees Onboarding (Joining & Pre joining) Formalities Of Candidates
7. Working as a Generalist by handling various other activities other than recruitments
8. Involved in the employee engagement activities of the organization
9. Database management- maintaining complete hiring trackers.
10. Coordinate Induction & Training programs that cultivate and enhance company culture.
1. Good in Communication
2. Great Management Skills & Time and work coordination skill.
3. Good hands on experience in Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel and Powerpoint
